Piered Plinth 280

Piered Plinth 280 is suitable for heavy-duty applications up to 2.5 tonnes per plinth and spans between plinths of up to around 2.5 metres.  This makes it ideal for lodges, garden offices, garden studios, sports pavilions, garages and log cabins built using a timber frame or from SIPS panels.   It can also be used to support mobile homes, static caravans, portable buildings and shipping containers.

With each Piered Plinth 280 order you will receive:

• Height adjustable bracket - heavy gauge rust-resistant steel with a height adjustment 50mm.
• A pre-cast steel reinforced concrete plinth (420 x 420 x 280mm tall) in which the bracket sits.
• Ground Reinforcement Grid - (500 x 500 x 80mm) spreads the load into the ground and is made from 100% recycled plastic.
• Weed resistant membrane - permeable membrane sheet to sit under the Ground Reinforcement Grid to suppress the growth of vegetation under the foundations.
